Gourmet dining in an intimate setting on the water is our speciality.
Set foot on board of our saloon boat Salute or Style and enjoy a stylish and romantic a la carte dinner for two, or have a special evening with your family, friends, colleagues or business partners. After our captain has welcomed you on board, it is time to start off the evening with an aperitif and some small bites. You will be handed the menu so you can order your dinner a la carte. We make sure the serving of the different courses will be spread during the evening. This will give you all time to sit back, relax and enjoy your company and the beautiful sights of Amsterdam. If weather permits you can even dine outside in the open air.
Matching wines will be served directly from our climate controlled wine cabinet.
Would you like to finish your dinner with a digestive or a freshly brewed espresso? Both of our boats are equipped with an extensive bar.

Drinks
Besides our a la carte dinners it is also possible to enjoy a delicious breakfast, lunch or even an Afternoon Tea on board. Would you rather have some small bites during your private boat tour? We are pleased to arrange this for you. It is possible to order catering on cruises of 1,5 hours or longer. Catering requests on 1-hour cruises are sometimes possible, depending on start and finish location. Both of our boats have an extensive bar, so it will not be necessary to order your drinks in advance. Consumed drinks from our bar can be paid on board at the end of your cruise.
